CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the courier partners and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Gardenmart.in marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Independence Day, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
RETURNS
- The product is totally different from what you ordered & was not informed beforehand for the same.
- Returns for Plants and Pots category will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.
Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 24 hours of delivery and also share an image of the defective product. If the issue is not notified within 24 hours, refund or return request will not be entertained.
- Plants have a life and we have to ensure a healthy and fresh plant is delivered. Our courier partner will make 3 attempts to deliver the product in case you not available. However, we highly recommend that you receive the shipment on first attempt or arrange for it to be received if you are not available to collect the same.
- Refunds & Returns (in case of plants) will be addressed if the end user has received the order on 1st attempt of delivery. Complaints of Damaged/unhealthy plants will not be entertained for orders which were delivered on 2nd or 3rd attempt.
- Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process).
- Products/ Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
- Any products damaged post-delivery shall not be accepted for return.
REFUNDS
Orders delivered & accepted by customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 24hrs.
In case your refund claim is valid or in case of cancellations, refund will be processed in 10-12 working days and will be done through NEFT.
